Please ensure you advise your current telephone number when requested. For us to be able to add time to your existing SIM card we must have issued that SIM card. That SIM card must be active OR have expired within the last 270 days (9 months). If your SIM card has been expired longer than 9 months you must get a new SIM card.

If you purchased your airtime from a different company we will have to issue you with a new SIM card and telephone number.

Activation of Airtime on a New SIM Card

You can activate your airtime at anytime (during UK business hours) you require. All you need to do is call or email us to advise when you want the airtime activated and we will do the rest. Activation takes place in the US so SIM cards will be activated from around 1.00pm GMT on the day of activation.

Standard minutes can be rolled over with the addition of a 30 day voucher, or the addition of another plan with time. The original minutes have a maximum of 3 years validity, when rolled over. The oldest minutes remaining at the end of 3 years will drop off. Special Plans

GO Minutes can be rolled over with the addition of a 30 day voucher (£45.00 + VAT per 30 days, £420 + VAT for 12 months no airtime), or addition of another Go plan (Seasonal or Annual). The original minutes have a maximum of 3 years validity, when rolled over.

Please note a month is considered 30 days no matter the actual number of days in the month, so 1 year is actually 360 days.

In the event of a Lost or Stolen card – Minutes can be moved to a new SIM card (SIM SWAP) the cost is $150.00 (USD) per card.
